During these challenging times I am committed to providing continued support to current and new clients. I am offering sessions through a secure online video platform, with some availability for in-person sessions beginning July 1st.
I offer support around the impacts of trauma, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, stress, emotion dysregulation, life transitions, identity related concerns and relationship difficulties. I work from evidence based approaches to help my clients tap into their strengths and resources in order to manage symptoms, overcome adversity and live meaningful, authentic and valued lives.
I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta, where I spent four years gaining experience in practice.
I currently practice part time in post-secondary mental health, and enjoy the diversity of clients my private practice brings.
